About Riley

Meet Riley, one of our adorable Memorial pups. (Her namesake was the search and rescue dog who was photographed being transported on a wire device. He found the remains of many of firefighters who lost their lives.) Riley is a sweet girl who has a heart of gold. She is very sweet natured and is amazingly friendly. She loves to be cuddled and held and loves people. Riley loves kids and playing with them and giving them kisses. Riley will be a great addition to a family and would love to have a yard to run and play. While we list our dogs/puppies in certain areas, all our dogs are available for transport to new families nationwide. Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with our headquarters in Texas and adopt our dogs to loving families nationwide. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to nationwide for placement in their adoptive families. Our $475 adoption fee (575 USD for Canadian adoptions) includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas).
