About Rowan

Rowan is one of the most playful puppies we have ever met. This little boy is super happy, friendly and affectionate. He adores kids and thinks they are just for his amusement and to keep him entertained. Rowan has a great personality that just adds to his charm. Rowan would be a great family dog that is looking for a puppy that will have them laughing at his antics and ready to help him explore the world in which he lives. While we list our dogs/puppies in certain areas, all our dogs are available for transport to new families nationwide. Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with our headquarters in Texas and adopt our dogs to loving families nationwide. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to nationwide for placement in their adoptive families. Our $475 adoption fee (575 USD for Canadian adoptions) includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas).
