About Coby

Meet one of our Memorial dogs, Coby, a wonderful pup with a great personality. (Coby's namesake was one of the night rescue dogs at the WTC who tireless searched for survivors and recovered the remains of dozens of victims). Our Coby, is a genuine sweetheart and would be a great puppy for an active family. Coby has a curious side and we are sure she would enjoy going hiking and out and about to explore the world. Coby is very affectionate and gives amazing kisses. While we list our dogs/puppies in certain areas, all our dogs are available for transport to new families nationwide. Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with our headquarters in Texas and adopt our dogs to loving families nationwide. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to nationwide for placement in their adoptive families. Our $475 adoption fee (575 USD for Canadian adoptions) includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas).
