About Roselle

Meet sweet Roselle, one of our Memorial dogs (Roselle's namesake was a lab trained to assist the seeing impaired who led her blind master and many others down the smoke filled stairs after the WTC was attacked). Our Roselle is a spunky lil gal with a huge heart. She is affectionate, cuddly and loves to be held. She has a bit of a mischievous side and often is found hiding in a laundry basket and sorts. Roselle's life began as a stray puppy found in the desert alone. Roselle is ready to have a family of her own to love. While we list our dogs/puppies in certain areas, all our dogs are available for transport to new families nationwide. Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with our headquarters in Texas and adopt our dogs to loving families nationwide. All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to nationwide for placement in their adoptive families. Our $475 adoption fee (575 USD for Canadian adoptions) includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas).
