'Hello, party people! My name is Cookie Dough and I'm looking for a family to call my own! I am about 5 years old, give or take, and came to SVASC when my family moved and was unable to take me with. Ugh! In my previous home, I was just a yard dog and never got to spend any time indoors as a real part of a family. In my future home, I'm really, really hoping that I could try out being a house hound, though I do still love the great outdoors! I'm a pretty happy, outgoing pup and love to be around people. All in all, I'm a pretty easy dog to get along with and should blend in well with your family! I love to go for walks and would be so happy to find a home that would take me on adventures with them... maybe around the block or to the park? Oh or maybe even on a hike!? I do get along with other dogs, though I can be a little prey-driven around smaller animals, so me and your Chihuahua may not be the best fit... eh, you never know though! SVASC always recommends a meet and greet before going home. I am stellar around kids though and would be the perfect family hound! My adoption fee is $125 to an approved adopter.
