'You get a dog on your mind, it seems to fill up the whole space. Everything you do reminds you of that dog.' - Shiloh Just LOOK at this gorgeous girl Shiloh! She is looking for a quiet home to save her life as soon as possible! Shiloh is currently in a Phoenix shelter, and due to capacity her days are numbered! Shiloh is what they call a project dog, because she is uneasy with unfamiliar faces and smells. This girl was found out on her own two weeks ago, and is not sure about this crazy shelter place. For the first few days, like most dogs, Shiloh was scared in her kennel and had to be bribed with hot dogs to come out and walk on a leash. After settling in, she has started to wag her tail when she sees the leash and walk to the yard close by her handler. She has never been around the other dogs here, so we cannot say if she can be in a home with another dog or not. A proper, slow introduction is needed with rescue assistance before meeting other dogs. Recent notes show she is VERY treat motivated and starting to learn 'Sit' on cue! Shiloh loves to be pet and will push against your leg for more attention, but she is still fearful of quick movements or new sounds.. so a home with kids 10+ is best for her! Shiloh might be getting a cold, so we need to get her in a home so she can see a vet and get some TLC asap!
