About Terri

Terri is a sweet senior male Schnoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle mix) looking for a forever family that enjoys life in the slow lane. A rescued stray, this little fella was in rough shape when he first arrived at our shelter. Weak and dehydrated, poor Terri was almost lifeless and his coat was a mess. With proper medical attention and loving care, he's now fully recovered and ready to be adopted. A calm gentle soul, this tender-hearted pup will make a wonderful companion for an adult or family with older children. Estimated to be twelve and half years young, Terri is looking for a home filled with comfort and love. He prefers a quiet household with someone that is home most of the day. Terri loves people and appreciates knowing that someone is near. He loves to be petted and curl up in your lap. A small fluffy dog, he only weighs sixteen pounds. He'll happily keep you company while you watch TV or read your favorite book. Terri isn't into long walks but does enjoy spending time outside in the sunshine. Though he does have some vision impairment and arthritis, he can still spot a squirrel or bird and tries his best to catch them. A fenced in yard will help keep him safe when outside. Terri enjoys spending time with his play group pals at the shelter. Another calm mature dog would be a welcome friend in his new home. We don't know if Terri is housebroken but he will use pads. This friendly little boy is simply precious and deserves a wonderful home. Terri isn't done writing his life story and hopes his best years will be spent with you.
