LOCATION: Orlando. Florida DOB: 08/27/2019 (Estimate) Hey World! My name is EJ! I don't know what the E stands for-maybe Energetic? And I don't know what the J stands for either. How about Just Right! If you are lookin' for a fun-loving pet that wants to be your best friend, you have hit the jackpot! Being pet by my human friends is my jam. I crave it! And I love when my people give me encouraging words cuz it helps me know if I am doing the right or wrong thing. I am what they call a 'people-pleaser'. I really love being around kids, but I am a large-breed and sometimes I forget how big I am. Now and again I need some coaching to remind me to be gentle around the little ones. My foster family has introduced me to some farm animals which in the beginning I would get way too excited about. But now I know the animals like it better when I'm Mr. Calm around them and since that makes my humans happy, then it's really a no-brainer. I've also been around cats and other dogs, and they are no big deal. I am hoping my new family would like to take me on runs or long walks. I really like being out and about because there are some really cool things to see along the way. But I do need some work on my leash manners. And as I am part Dane, after I burn off some energy, a good long nap will be calling my name. I do have a kennel I go in when I am to be in the house by myself, but at night I can sleep in the living room and I can be trusted not to mess anything up.
