About Poppy

Almost Home Foster Kennels is currently accepting applications for Poppy. Almost Home Foster Kennels is a 501c3, not-for-profit rescue. We provide a haven for pups and dogs that are listed on euthanasia and urgent lists. We also take into rescue those that are owner/surrendered, abandoned, abused, or neglect. Our dogs are brought up to date on vaccinations, they are microchipped and are spayed and neutered. Poppy is approximately 3 years of age. She is a black and white Chihuahua mix. Poppy was brought up from North Carolina when she was discovered on a 'free to a good home' site. Poppy is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped. Poppy weighs just under 12#. She is the perfect little lap dog. Poppy loves attention. She is friendly with kids and adults, gets along with cats and other dogs. Poppy is ready for her furever home and family.
