My sister-in-law passed away and her friend who was supposed to take the dog took the money she left for the care of the dog and gave the dog to the vet. I ended up getting her. I work full-time and cannot take care of her. I found out later that she was a diabetic and she now receives Insulin twice a day. She needs to be in a home that can give her what she needs.
