Homes will be selected on a best fit basis.�%A0 Our best guess is these guys are chiweenies and about three to four months old. Each pup has a very individual personality, but they do have a few things in common. These are small pups, and pretty mouthy, so for both of those reasons, they are not recommended for homes with small children UNLESS the child(ren) have grown up around dogs and are already�%A0very aware of how to properly treat them. All four are very food motivated, so that often helps to make training easier. They all are afraid of new people at first, and they all really enjoy chasing each other around the yard and playing with sticks. They get in little squabbles with each other but at the end of the day can often be found in one pile in their playpen. They sleep pretty well in their own crates at night and eat in their crates as well. House training is a work in progress and leash training in the outside world is non-existent because they have not yet been fully vaccinated. None of these dogs have been cat tested. Based on their personalities, it's likely that any cat would have to have a pretty high tolerance level to deal with them. The adoption fee will be $350, and for that the pups will be fixed and chipped. They will have been treated for intestinal parasites and started on heartworm prevention. They will have had a full DA2PP regimen as well as bordetella and rabies. The pups will be available to take home after 9/15. YOU MUST APPLY TO BE CONSIDERED. If there is something going on, you can bet Violet is right there in it. She likes to chase and catch bugs, and takes liquid medicine better than any dog her foster mom has ever seen. She warms up to new friends pretty quickly. She likes to play with other dogs, regardless of size, but would need to be paired with a submissive dog because despite being the smallest, she does not give up. She likes to intermittently run away from playtime to jump in your lap and give you kisses. When she tires out, she becomes just like a little baby wanting to be held.
