Bosco was described as a huge baby by his former owner. He had a habit of jumping the fence so would need a 6 ft. privacy fence to keep him in the yard. He can be somewhat territorial. He was quite anxious when he first came to us, but has gradually learned to trust. Now he loves attention. Bosco would probably be best in a home with school age children rather than smaller children. We discovered he has a vitamin B-12 deficiency so he will need to have B-12 injections as well as be on prednisone for the remainder of his life. It would be best to only feed him dog food and dog treats as human food tends to upset his digestive system. At times he will dribble urine and/or strain to urinate.
