About Snow

Snow (White) just like a beautiful, fairy-tale princess! Snow is not just beautiful on the outside, just like the princess...she is just a sweet on the inside with a big heart. Snow already knows to go to the door to go out to potty. She makes some cute little noises to let you know she is ready. Snow is also good on a leash. In addition, she is crate trained. What a smart girl and smart girls need equally smart parents. Husky savvy is likely the best kind of match for Snow. Snow loves, just loves, the outdoors! She wants to be outside as much as possible so an outdoorsy person/family is what Snow needs. She is true to form for her breed; a high energy dog that needs the ability to run and play to burn excess energy. A yard with a high fence (6ft+) will be required for Snow. That being said, apartment life isn't the best home life for Snow. Also, a family that is enjoys walks, jogs, hikes is an ideal candidate. She loves going on walks or jogs and has a lot of energy; finding a family that wants to share in this activity with Snow is very important. She loves to get up early and go for early morning walks. As a Husky, she enjoys the cooler temps the better. Snow's previous life is a bit of an unknown. It is obvious she is learning from other dogs, and we will require another dog in her family to continue to build her doggy skills. Snow is shy around human strangers so needs time and patience (men especially need to be very patient). Like new people, cars are a new experience for Snow. She is a good passenger and behaves well in the car; she is just a bit scared getting in the car. She is growing in her confidence each day with her foster family. What her foster family has found out about this beauty's personality, 'Gentle/sweet, Energetic, Smart, Quiet, Shy/Timid, Stubborn.' In addition, Snow can be an escape artist/door dasher and why a good yard with tall fence is needed - sounds exactly like a Husky! As part of Snow's $250 adoption fee, she is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
