Finley is being fostered in Wilmington North Carolina. He has completed HW treatment and is HW negative, is up to date on vaccines and neutered. Finley is estimated to be roughly four years old, and is a sweet and cuddly boy. Finley is currently being fostered in Wilmington, NC, with a female Jack Russell and an older male pit bull.
