About Mischa - Lap Cat

Meet a kitty soul that was destined to be in the right place at the right time. Serendipity! Mischa was a kitty who had an inside home and someone put her out as best we can tell. Mischa luckily found a colony of kitties that were being fed daily by a kind person. This is how she survived until the next phase of her life. The person feeding the colony saw a new, female kitty and immediately took her into a spay/neuter clinic to be spayed so the colony would not expand more than by one new kitty. This is why her ear is nipped. Everyone thought she was feral which couldn't be further from the truth. When Mischa was picked up to be returned to the colony, her true loving nature started beaming through...Once the carrier door was opened at the colony location, Mischa came out and said, 'Hey Lady, you are sure nice. I like you. Do I have to go back to the colony? I was an inside kitty until someone didn't want me any more.' Mischa started rubbing on her leg and reached up for attention. This was the fate moment to change Mischa's life forever. That kind Lady contacted Snow Camp Sanctuary asking if we could find Mischa an inside home. She doesn't belong in a feral colony. Mischa has an inviting, sweet lap cat personality. Mischa has not been outside since and is in a foster home. As you can see, she is quite happy being held by one of our foster Moms.
