About Matilda

This Sweetheart of a Pittie Girl is looking for her 'Forever Retirement Home'! She's approximately 7-8yrs young and still has a lot of skip in her step, but, would really enjoy just hanging out with her Peeps, watching Netflix and going for strolls in the Park! She gets along with other dogs, but, sometimes forgets her size (69lbs) so it would be best for her new friends to be closer to her size. She loves all people, especially men and children, however, she would prefer a little calm in her life...maybe stick to kids over 7-8 years. 'Tillie' walks well on a leash, goes for car rides with no problem and doesn't mind getting a bath...she really doesn't seem to have any issues!!! (It's unknown how she will respond to cats at this time) This girl was living a very hard life on the streets and was Rescued from a Homeless Encampment when her owner got arrested and left her tied to another mans tent who did not give her food or water for three days. She had to go immediately to the Vet for a severe ear infection, decayed and broken canines and needed surgical dental removal and ear treatment. She's spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and dewormed. Matilda deserves her Best Life and whomever is lucky enough, opens their heart and home to her, will get back the love tenfold!!!
