About Spencer

Spencer is located in foster in Loveland, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. * We do not transport dogs. * Please apply to adopt at https://milehighcanine.org/forms-and-applications/mhcr-adoption-application/! Spencer is a dog's dog. He loves his dog friends. Of course, how could he not since he basically grew up in a shelter with kennel mate after kennel mate. After finally being freed and coming to MHCR, Spencer joined a loving foster family. He LOVES being in a home. He's so happy! Spencer is learning the basics of house and crate training. He's doing very well! He loves to feel the grass under his paws and wake up to cuddles from his foster mom in the mornings. Spencer lives with two young humans too and while he's curious and sweet with them, they move quickly and sometimes he gets scared. His ideal home will have another doggie friend or two, a fenced yard, and humans that appreciate a shy guy.
