About Jozie

Jozie is high energy and needs a home with a large property, preferably on a small holding or a home on a big lot, as she loves to run and play with her toys. She loves people and children, but I would not recommend small children, not that she would intentionally hurt them, but when she plays she can get quite rambunctious. She plays well with little dogs and even bigger dogs, but here is the crunch, SHE DOES NOT LIKE BROWN DOGS. I don't know her history, prior to me getting her at 9 months, the previous owner was not very forthcoming and not truthful. The dog trainer that I consulted with feels that she must have had an altercation with a brown dog as a puppy, because it seems she had been tied to a zip line, and perhaps had an altercation with a brown dog, with the result, she equates all brown dogs as an enemy. Jozie's favourite things are, car rides, TV, where animals are concerned like Animal planet, Nature, Nova, it is so cute watching her watch TV. She thinks she is a lap dog, but also loves to snuggle, she is just a big baby. She is a very sweet, loving, smart pet I am heart sore at having to Re home her, however, due to my age plus having osteoarthritis in my hands, I can't give her the attention she deserves. She needs a younger, energetic family, who can train her, someone who can be firm. I am sure she Weill bring a lot of fun and love into someone's life ..
