About Daisy

MERCY FUND COURTESY POST DAISY - POST MANAGED BY ASHTON BIO: Meet Daisy! At six and a half months, she already weighs in at a whopping 40 lbs. She's a strong, sturdy mix of mastiff and pit bull terrier, with all the sweetness (and the gorgeous mocha colored eyes) of a Labrador retriever. Her personality? Well, she's a daisy! She's sweet, smart, and has energy to spare! This girl is almost certainly going to grow to be large, so she'll need to go to a home with lots of space to run and plenty of things to do to keep her little mind occupied. She LOVES to please her people and is a great listener - she's already learned the following commands: wait, stay, release (she uses OK for her release word), and sit. She's working on nailing some of the harder moves - 'lie down' and 'drop it', and 'heal' next. But she doesn't just do tricks - she's currently working on leash and socialization training. She's almost a pro at crate training already, though she does sometimes let her bladder get away from her in a fit of excitement. Hey, that's a puppy for ya! Daisy is UTD on shots and scheduled to be spayed on August 17th. She's fully vaccinated and almost ready to grow into her 'fur' ever home.
