About Pesto

Hey y'all, I'm Pesto! I am a southern boy who moved up to Pennsylvania 3 weeks ago. I went through heartworm treatment and had a skin infection before making my way here, but thanks to the rescues I'm in great health now! Problem is, after 3 weeks I haven't had one meet and greet, and I really want my own forever family so I can stop all of this moving around. My fosters have told me I'm a loving boy with strikingly good looks, and I have to agree ����. I'm a 2 yr. old neutered boxer mix. A few more positives? - I'm a gentleman taking treats and on the leash. ��|� - I'm a playful boy who enjoys a good romp around the yard with my foster dog sister, and I'm polite with my smaller dog siblings (no large alpha males recommended) ��%90� - While I love to play, I am also very calm and love a good snuggle with my humans. I would make a reeeally great best friend for any human. I even do great with kids! ���� - I do well riding in a car - I'm completely potty trained! ��s%BD I guess that's all for now. We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
