Lower canines are very worn. Evaluation Date Type Notes 8/10/2021 INTAKE ASSESSMENT Dog allowed all handling. Sat for treats, would sit and stare at staff unitl they gave a treat. Walks slowly on leash. Dog had underbite so when he takes treats lower jaw may scrape fingers. 8/11/2021 EVALUATION Laying down on approach to the kennel; came forward and ate treats offered. Pushed to exit when kennel was opened; pulled some on the leash. Affiliative; tolerated petting. See medical.
