Location: New Braunfels, TX (Age: 9 weeks) Finn is a fantastic little puppy. He has adapted really well considering his humble beginnings. He's a fighter (surviving Parvo) and has a chill personality. He loves to play with his brother Huck and foster brother Bobby Blue. He has shown signs of food aggression, but does not guard any other types of resources such as toys, blankets, beds. His need to protect his food is becoming less and less. He is doing well with potty training. With that being said,I do have a doggie door which he uses 100% of the time. (He does have an accident from time to time he is still a puppy). I do kennel him throughout the day(when not home) and definitely at night. However, I cover the doggie door with the kennel opening so he can potty at will but doesn't allow him unsupervised access to roam free. I want to say his kennel training is going really well, but I'm sure he will need adjustment time if he will be kenneled without another companion. He does like to play and will let you know when he's over it. He hasn't been super needy with attention. He will seek your lap out if he wants to snuggle or when it's nap-time but usually prefers to sleep on his bed. He gives the best puppy kisses and snuggles. As far as the perfect home, his personality would do well in just about any type of family. He is quite laid back and would be great in a less active home or a very active home!
