About Moose

Moose is such a wonderful sweetheart. We rescued him during the beginning of the pandemic when he wandered into our yard sick and in rough shape. We got him the care he needed and we just couldn't stand letting him go. We have 2 cats an another dog, and Moose got along with them so well! He loves being by my side and snuggling, he'll just walk around all day super smiley. I honestly would love to keep him but we're moving to a different city for a job and can't find a place to rent with a pitbull. It's breaking my heart to let him go, but know it's what's best. We think he is around 6-7 years old and he is neutered and weighs 60lbs. He just got his rabies vaccine as well. He takes an allergy pill and a pain pill and glucosamine for stiff legs (maybe from a previous injury). He is also making progress in his fitness and stamina on walks. His blood work just came back great and some bumps on his shoulder are confirmed cysts and not cancer. We would love for Moose to go into a loving home. He is very chill and non re-active to children or other animals (dogs and cats)! Please give this boy another chance to find a family that will love and appreciate him like we do!
