About Archie URGENT 911

Update : Nobody came for sweet Archie only 2 years old ! He is awaiting in the back room for some miracle , We have a rescue willing to pull him but no foster or adoptee. Without one Archie will sadly die ! Posting one last time for a last minute miracle . This post is going out with a prayer and a Hail Mary that one special angel will see this post and save Archie's life . I hate when kill shelters give such limited information on a dog , so am sure Archie's life isn't summed up with him chasing some neighbors kid around the neighborhood . Did the kid do something to Archie which he can't say , is this true ? The owners reported he had some resource guarding which is workable , just don't touch his food while eating and all will be good . AT the shelter he takes treats from the staff's hands very gentle . I have a video of Archie wagging his tails taking treats very nicely . Also yesterday is the first time the shelter took him out of his kennel and he is such a sweet boy and he likes other dogs wagging his tail . I can send you the video if you text me . Now his life is at risk for being euthanized if he doesn't find placement . Archie must have confirmed placement with a rescue partner by Thursday, August 26, 2021, 10am. Archie is a young, male dog that was brought to the shelter by his previous family due to behavior concerns. Archie has a multiple bite history, some of which seem to stem around resource guarding. there was an incident of Archie chasing a child in the neighborhood as well and almost biting them.
