I live next to a park & someone, creuely, left their dog there. He had been running around for about a week before I actually saw him and lured him away from a super busy street, also which I live on. He crosses this busy 4 lane street super cautiously but speeding is a normal thing around here and he is going to get hit sooner rather than later. Super sweet boy,temperament wise. Intelligent, eager to please and loving. No food aggressions & he is very very very gentle when eating from your hands. Ive let him in my house while it rains & he hasn't had an accident and he already knows the command 'sit '. I really don't want to have to call Animal Control, because I know his chances of being rescued are lower in places like that.
