About Neptune

Adoptions are scheduled by appointment only after an application has been filled out and approved. If you are interested in adopting, please download an adoption application from our website TORescue.org. Please do not visit any shelters or rescue groups prior to coming into ours. We do this to keep our animals healthy and diseases from entering our rescue. Neptune is a very handsome teenage kitty. He was brought to our rescue when he was only a day old. He was raised in a home environment so he is very well socialized. He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested for leukemia and FIV. Come meet our furry friends and see how wonderful and loving they are! The adoption fee is $165 cash or if using a card, a 3.75% fee will apply, which goes back to saving more animals from hoarding situations, dumps, abandonment, or just neglect.
