About Lady Cat (Tiki)

'Hello deary... are you looking to adopt an older gal that will love you unconditionally? I think that you may have just stumbled upon the right kitty, then. My name is Lady Cat and I'm a 10 year old sweetie pie that came to SVASC when my owner passed away. I was heartbroken when I came to the shelter and while I'm still the sweetest girl ever, I am still obviously depressed. The shelter is just no place for a senior sweetie like me. I am used to sitting on laps and watching The Price is Right, snoozing in the sun, and following someone around all day for pets, not watching my world go by in a cage. I'm really hoping that someone will spot me and just fall in love... and soon. I'm really one of the nicest kitties at the shelter and can often be found being carried around and loved on. I have plenty of experience being someones best friend and am ready to apply that experience to my new home. What do you think? I did come to SVASC with another kitty, who is also looking for a home. Because I have lived with other kitties, I think that I would adjust to a home with another cat or two just fine, as long as introductions were taken on the slower side. I have never lived with dogs, to staffs' knowledge, so I would likely do best in a home without pups. Older kids should be okay, as long as they don't mind me watching my Golden Girls re-runs.
