About Titan

Titan is a 4-5 month old plott hound who loves, loves, loves to play! He plays with the adult dogs in his foster home as well as another puppy that's in his foster home. He is very energetic, as most puppies are. But being a hound makes him all the more curious and all the more energetic. Titan would do best with an active family and canine companion! TItan has learned to use the doggie door in his foster home and will go out to go to the potty most of the time. He still has a little way to go with potty training. He walks fairly well on a leash, but could use some work on that. Loves people and gets super excited when he sees them. Augusta Dog Adoptions is an all- volunteer, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and are scheduling individual adoptions in the Waynesboro, VA area during the pandemic. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
