About Elio

Elio is looking for a new home. He is a 3 year old Weimaraner Doberman mix. He loves long walks and run, butt scratches, and snuggles. He loves to sleep but also loves to run around and play, so a big backyard would be a plus. He is a sweet boy, and I love him and care for him deeply, but due to some circumstances, I cannot care for him anymore. He's a timid boy, so he can take some time to warm up initially. He can be territorial and reactive on walks, so someone who could work on that with him would be best! He is good with older children and adults. He has some separation anxiety, so someone who can be home with him for a lot of the day would be ideal! He knows basic commands, crate trained and is house trained. He is neutered and up to date on shot but will need them updated at the end of September. He truly is a loving silly sweet boy, but my living situation has changed and unfortunately I cannot care for him properly anymore. Elio is in need of a loving home.
