About Joey

Joey is a senior dog who just enjoys laying out in the sun and cuddling in blankets! He is over all a great dog, but he would do best with adults only as he just wants to be left alone, our experience is he can be growly and snippy at anyone who wants to show him attention. Once he is comfortable with you, he just loves to cuddle! Joey has a condition where he suffers from severely dry eyes. He has refused to allow us to treat his eyes with the prescription eye drops. Therefore resulting in poor eye sight. The reason we need to rehome him is because our youngest child is very allergic to dog dander and is too young to be medicated for it. I do not wish to medicate him in his own home, therefore I would like to give Joey to a living home to allow him to be the senior dog he wants to be!
