About Sitka

Sitka is a 3 year old, male, Alaskan Malamute. He weighs only 50 pounds, but is very under weight. He has gained 3 pounds since he's been with us, but he is a very finicky eater. He is great on a leash, good with other dogs, and surprisingly cats too! He would love to be part of a pack and go on lots of adventures. A fenced yard with a 6 foot fence is required. He likes to play and run. He also loves people and will snuggle up any chance he gets. We are looking for someone to exercise him, but also to help him put on a lot more weight. He was neglected and left alone for long periods of time, so if you have long work hours please do not apply. Also no children that would be rough with him. He is neutered, UTD,. chipped, and has had a recent dental. His adoption fee is $275.
