She weighs 89 lbs and is fully vetted and healthy. Maya was in a very loving home, but sadly her owner passed away and no family member was willing to care for her or the other 3 dogs in the home. Maya is a big girl, but is very gentle. She is obedient and polite. She will ask for a pet by nudging you with her nose. She likes humans and is perfectly happy to be on her own in the same room as you. She loves to sniff the fresh air and wander around the back yard. She never passes up a snack! She would prefer her snacks be in the form of beef or chicken, but her all time favorite is a frozen lick mat with peanut butter. Maya is very low energy. She would make a great companion in a calm household and is very low maintenance. She doesn't require much at all....just a soft bed to rest her head and a human nearby. All of our adoptable pups have a minimum requested adoption fee of $250 + tax (pups 6 months and older) and $350 + tax (pups under 6 months old), regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 8 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 3 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
