About Red-Eared Slider

This turtle is about a foot long. He lives in an aquarium during the colder months and in an outdoor human-made pond in the warmer months. Because he is so big now, my dream for him is that he have a larger winter or forever home. Ideally he should have a much bigger aquarium or pond. He seems very happy in the summer here in our pond but in the colder months, even though he seems to do well, I don't like to see him in such a small aquarium. Our aquarium is only a foot wide and he is a foot long! Our aquarium is about 4 feet long and a couple feet deep but he would love a much bigger place to call home. If you have a very large aquarium, work at an aquarium or live in the south where he could be outside all seasons in a large human-made pond, he would love it!
