**LOVELY LOLA** Age 4 Phoenix, AZ. My name is Lola....L.O.L.A......Lola!! I came to the county shelter in March as an owner surrender. I was a part of the family for about a year.....sadly they gave me up because I was never trained how to be around other dogs. Then in June I was adopted for a month....but they also did not give me the time to learn how to be calm around other dogs, so they returned me. I was so sad!!!! Then the county shelter e-listed me because I did not like being in a kennel 24/7, and I really struggled to keep it together. Thank goodness the volunteers at Alone No More Dog Rescue came to visit me and saw in me what everyone else kept overlooking....that I have potential....I just need guidance....so they saved my life....quite literally pulled me out of the euthanasia room!!!! I have been described by my former adopters as: 'Sweetheart, great all around, 'loves people and is very playful. Volunteers and staff at the shelter say: 'very loving and affectionate, ' loves people and belly rubs, 'knows sit and shake, 'gentle with treats, 'enjoys pets'. Everyone at ANM who has met me says I am such a sweet girl and very loving. They are assessing my interactions with other dogs....but right now I should be the only dog. I like water, am house trained, good in the car, am affectionate, spayed, up-to-date on shots and microchipped. Please come and see how truly precious I am.
