About Treis

Hi I'm Treis a former Service stabilizer trained service dog. I loved laying at my masters feet but I lost her this year to illness. Now I live with my step brother and Foster dad until someone decides I need to come live with them. I love my crate and have been known to go in and shut the door behind me. I don't need my crate to behave in the house but it helps when I am stressed in a new situation. The scariest things are strange delivery drivers especially those with loud reverse beepers. I loose my cool over them and bark like crazy but I am getting better about that with training time and patience. Mainly people not going to the door without having me go into my nice safe crate. I was a stray dog found on the beach very under weight and hungry. But the nice sheriffs took me to the Reedsport shelter where I got lots of food and attention. This is when my new mom took me home and I started my education as a service dog I had a hard time keeping my cool around other dogs on leash and people coming close to my moms car. But I got better about that sort of stuff and passed my first public access test. Them my mom got sick and the ambulance took her away. I need to complete my service dog training and have someone who understands under stressful situations I could revert back to my old habits of reactivity. I might chase off the Mail delivery person or that evil person dressed in brown with the loud reverse beeper. I just need someone to understand I need a job and to finish my training.
