About Nina

Nina is an 8 year old pittie. She is a real sweetheart who came from a difficult home situation. She was raised with an older couple in the city and was not socialized much with other animals or people. Her male owner fell ill and had to go into the hospital. Her female owner lost her home and became homeless. Nina ended up in the pound. She was rescued by a caring woman who tried to reunite her with her owners only to find out that it wasn't an option. She was fully vetted and kept at a boarding facility. She didn't do well in the high stress kennel environment and we were able to step in and help with her training and socializing. She is doing well with the ranch animals and just loves to be petted. She enjoys playing with other dogs and has done well in play groups. She is a really sweet girl who definitely doesn't seem 8 years old. She is playful and energetic when she wants to be and would love to have a warm bed to snuggle on and someone to give her the life she deserves.
