Not current on vaccinations, but will be getting vaccinations soon. Owner report: Elsa was rescued from a hoarding situation by a good Samaritan, who is trying to find her a loving home. The Good Samaritan reports that Elsa's 'disabilities are a result of being inbred. I think she may see shadows, not sure, she is totally deaf.' Elsa is described as an indoor dog confined to one area of the house. She is a puppy, so she is not yet house broken or leash trained. Elsa is described as outgoing, good with adults and children of all ages and other dogs. Elsa is currently living with four dogs, chickens and a horse. Elsa's caretake reports 'she adapted coming into our home very quickly even though she was an outside dog��%BD'��%BD|I would greatly appreciate your help in finding this puppy a loving home. She deserves a chance at a better life, she will make some lucky person a great dog!!'
