About Maple

Maple and a wonderful dog that we got about a year old from a rescue. She is originally from Tenessee where she was rescued from a high kill shelter. She is loving, but very energetic. She does well with dogs and sometimes annoys cats because she likes to play with them. She is good with my kids but sometimes plays a little rough, so may do better with older kids. While we love Maple very much, her energy level has been a struggle for us as my husband and I both work full time. She needs a family who can devote a lot of time to her. When left alone too long she will chew things. She simply gets bored. She would do well in a home with a large yard. She knows the command sit, and she can heal. She takes Prozac for her anxiety. She is housebroken and crate trained as well. She would be an amazing addition to the right family, I'm just not sure that we are the right family for her anymore because we can't meet all of her needs.
