About Cockatiel

My grandmother is moving into a home, and I am trying to find Susie a home. I don't know much about birds and can't have her in my current home. She eats and drinks water fine. She can't fly but climbs out of her cage now to sit on her sticks. She sings but does not talk, I don't know if they even do. She is missing feathers on her top right wing so may need knowledge of what the problem could be. I am willing to drive and/or meet half way to you. Susie needs a loving home and possibly another bird friend to communicate with. She has a brand new cage, toys and food I could give you. Someone help me help her.
