Guinness was originally trapped by HARTT while he was a stray. He is leery of new people but quickly warms up. He gets startled by new things and will need a vigilant home to introduce him and socialize him to new environments/people at his own pace, Guinness is a sucker for a yummy treat and you will quickly have his attention and affection with food. He has done well with other dogs here at the shelter but will need to meet any dogs in the home prior to adoption. Guinness will need all basic training, housebreaking, leash training, and basic manners. He will need a securely fenced in yard or patio to perfect these skills in before seeing the big world.
