About Koda

*owner surrender* This is Koda. He is a year and a half old Great Pyrenees and German Shepard. He has been neutered and fully vaccinated. He currently lives in northeast Mississippi with his family who desperately needs to find the perfect home for him. He lives with two small children and his mom and dad. He is being surrendered due to him beginning to exhibit aggressive behavior in presence of small children. He has never bitten or attacked anyone and just needs to be with someone who can take him in and train him accordingly. He only gets upset if someone new pulls in the yard. He feels the need to launch himself at strangers trying to nip. The owner is scared one of the children will get between him being overly protective or that his tendencies will get worse. Other than that he is very loving animal and would never do anything to hurt anyone and has no history of it. He loves to play fetch and run and play with anyone who will give him attention. He loves his comfy bed sleeping inside and squeaky toys. he knows how to sit and stay and when to come or back up. He is very sweet in a non triggering environment. He needs to be in a home possibly with no small children until he's trained to control being exposed to new situations. Possibly someone who has a lot of time to spend and train him and love on him. He loves to play with cats just chase them he will not hurt them When he catches up with them though. Just playing. He has all his vaccinations and would love to find the perfect home!
