About Obi

Obi is known as a Velcro dog. He wants to be by your side constantly. For his mental health his new home should not be empty all day while at work. He does not require a lot of activity but does enjoy walks. He is generally very loving, just don't mess with his food while eating as he can become food aggressive. Same with a toy if it is near his body. He gets very excited when someone new enters the home, and will jump up. He is perfectly potty trained and will tell you exactly when he needs to go out by going to the door and barking. He'll also tell you when it's time to eat. Obi is 8 years old. He came to us as a rehome when the pandemic hit and his previous owner began teaching children in the home. His previous owners did have middle school children. Soon we will not be able to offer Obi all the attention he needs, thus our need to find him a new home.
