About Georgie Porgie

Meet Georgie Porgie! Georgie is approximately 10-years old and currently weighs a little over 6-lbs., though we would like him to put on a little more weight. Georgie Porgie is just as sweet as he is cute. He loves to be wherever you are, whether on the couch watching tv, in the garden, or on your lap while you read a book. He's gentle and mellow, and we have yet to hear him bark, though he has howled on occasion (and it's super cute!). Georgie has a very refined palette, and when he's in the mood, he expects you to hand feed him, preferably with a silver spoon. He is quite the little pampered prince! Georgie gets along well with other dogs, but he craves the company of humans and wants to be next to you all the ti,me. He does not have separation anxiety, but we prefer that he not be left alone for long periods of time. Georgie has no vision in his left eye, and he also has a collapsed trachea. He needs a home where he won't get overly excited a lot. He also has spinal arthritis and sometimes walks a little wonky, and has no problem running and playing. Georgie Porgie is neutered, up to date on shots, dental, bloodwork, fecal tested, and microchipped. Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation.
