About Kimba

Hello! My name is Kimba and I think I am a border collie, husky mix. I'm a two year old love bug and will give many of hugs. I have the personality of a border collie and I'm very dedicated to my foster mom. I get along with other dogs but I'm a little shy meeting new people. I do need a home that is active and likes to walk for hike. After a day of fun, I'm happy to hang out in front of the tv and spend quality time with you! Augusta Dog Adoptions is an all- volunteer, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and are scheduling individual adoptions in the Waynesboro, VA area during the pandemic. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
