About Mitchell

Mitchell is probably a collie mix of some sort estimated to be about a year old and weighs 52 pounds. He's come to the shelter as a stray so we are still learning about him. A family familiar with the collie breed is idea as this can be a breed too smart for their own good! They love mental and physical stimulation and will need a family who can provide that for him. He's good with other dogs in his play group and good with shelter staff and volunteers. He's not been tested with small animals nor has he been around small kids. If not pre-adopted you may be able to find this pup and many others at the adoption event we will be having at the Petsmart 412 Constant Friendship Blvd Abingdon, MD on Sat and Sunday August 28th and 29th. The adoption fee is $450 which covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, HW testing, chipping, health certificate and transport fees. All our dogs come with a 30 day, money back, trial period to make sure they are the right fit in your environment but if it doesn't work you will have to foster until the dog gets rehomed.
