About Joey Boey

[Read About Natural Seizure Care] Hello my name is Joey, but my mom calls me Joey Boy. I am a little over 2 years old. I was a rescue from the OKC Animal Shelter where I was going to be euthanized, my foster mom came to get me and found me a great home with my mom and dad. Dad found out that he has to move overseas first to Italy then to Germany, they don't like my breed I guess and I cannot come. I am 66 lbs of all muscle. I am tan and white. I have a few scars from my first 10 months of life. I was not in a loving home. I have a little anxiety from time to time, but my mom and dad say I have gotten much better. I was crate trained but I haven't used my crate for sometime now, only when I eat. I could probably use it to sleep but not to stay in for long periods of time. I do have a brother I love to play with who is my size and have been around other dogs that have wondered into my house. I have to show any new dog I am alpha, but after that we are great friends. I don't want to be around a lot of dogs though, 1 maybe 2 would be my limit. I am not sure how I am with cats, may be best if I don't find out. I should probably have just a mom and dad at home with an older young person who can be patient with me. I don't like yelling or loud noises. I do have epilepsy which requires me to take medicine. It costs mom and dad around $50 a month. I just want to live my best life ever in my new forever home.
