Beautiful black cat in Long Beach Ca belongs to my 91 yr old Mom a who is going to assisted living in Georgia. Desperately looking for a new home. Shadow came from CatPaws I believe she has a chip. My sister got Shadow there and gave to my mom, but won't take responsibility or speak to us. Seal Beach Shelter is closed. I pray I don't have to take her to a kill shelter! Please help!
