This is Max! He is a blue heeler corgi mix! Max is about 3 years old! He is an intact male. His owner didn't ever have time to mess with him so we are having to find him a better home. Unfortunately he can clear a 6' fence no problem and is not good with male dogs. So for his safety he has to be on a chain.... we hate it and we want someone to love on him and just let him be a good dog!
