This post is going out with a prayer and a Hail Mary that one special angel will see this and give this petrified angel some compassion and love . Spunky is beyond scared and depressed , he will not come out of his kennel . So we can not dog test him even :( poor Baby ! Spunky is timestamped for Monday 7/26 @ 10 am . SPUNKY WAS LEFT BEHIND BY HIS PRIOR POS OWNERS. NOW HE IS AT A SCARY SHELTER , SCARED AND CONFUSED. HE DOESNT EVEN WANT TO COME OUT OF HIS KENNEL. ALL HE KNOWS ABANDONED HIM LIKE GARBAGE ! WE NEED A FOSTER AND RESCUE TO STEP UP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE SHARE. HE HAS BEEN FAILED ALREADY , LETS NOT ALLOW HIM TO BE FAILED AGAIN. LETS SHOW HIM THAT NOT ALL HUMANS ARE BAD. He is extremely fearful in shelter and we feel he would thrive better in a quieter, more stable environment. His behavior reported by the finder bringing him into the shelter was that he walked nicely on leash and was comfortable and friendly around strangers.
