About Leo

Leo is a very smart German Shepherd mix who would make a great pet to someone with a fenced in yard for him to run around in. He does great on a leash, is house trained, and is up to date on his vaccinations. He is a gentle and loving pup but because of the abuse he has endured from predominantly males, he is very timid. He has never shown aggression, only fear. I rescued Leo in March from someone's backyard where he was chained to a fence and not being fed or watered or tended to at all really. He was forced to sleep in his own feces. I just want him to have the best possible life and it's recently been brought to my attention that I might not be able to provide that in my one bedroom apartment. Please give my boy a chance. He deserves all the love in the world and once he knows that all you have to give him is love, he will return it tenfold.
